A lot of lifters ask me if I think they should compete. While I'm not the one to make this decision, you can look at your experience, lifting age, strength level, and preparedness to make a smart decision. Even then, some of us feel like we aren't worthy enough, or lack the strength to get on a platform.
I wanted to help lifters in assessing where they are, and where they need to be before they sign up for a strength competition.
